Recently came here because I had a crown that broke and they take my insurance. This was my first time in this office and to be honest I am a chicken when it comes to the dentist. My nurse Cindy was so sweet, gentle and caring. She did amazing at getting radiographs, prepping my mouth and creating my temporary crown. The conversation was pleasant and honestly was like chatting with a friend. Dr Lubna Alhalaseh was so kind, caring, gentle and friendly. She did a great job of removing my old crown and placing my new crown. She was very understanding of my needs for numbing injections and gel. She was patient with me and helped calm my nerves. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful answering any questions you may have. I highly highly recommend coming here for your dental needs. Ask for Cindy as your nurse and Dr Alhalaseh you will not be disappointed. I am happy that I found a dentist in the area and no longer have to travel to Palm Coast for my dental needs.

I got x rays and was waiting on authorization from my insurance and got denied. I called my insurance company and they told me the Dental office sent in forms (authorization) dated 2012. They informed them they couldn't accept them and needed to send more up to date authorization forms and it never happened. I waited 1 week and called to check on the status and they said they didn't know what I was talking about. This happened in June and I'm still waiting for them to send the updated forms. The insurance company even faxed them the proper forms and they still won't fill them out and send them in. These people are the laziest most incompetent individuals I've ever encountered in my life. I would not recommend these so called professionals to a dog. I love dogs too much.

Very dirty chairs have stains on them dust and so much dirt in the rooms you sit in. Dr is rude if you don't agree with what she has to say. Some staff is great others are ok. The guy that clean my teeth was 👍 great. Al

Prevent this place AT ALL COST!! This is a very unprofessional group of people! There phone lines are not working, they just continuously ring and then goes to voice mail, When you visit the place, it are all very uptight, sassy and unfriendly. My mom was in extreme pain, and we visited the Dr (not to mention the name), and was given 2 plans with 2 costs. After which when we tried to consult again, we were literally given the run-around. We were again scheduled with the doctor, who was again going to refer us. She ultimately spent a whole week in extreme pain until she went to another doctor and got her tooth fixed. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST OFFICE.

My experience getting my wisdom teeth pulled was frankly quite horrific, The woman doing my IV hit a nerve in my arm causing the most excruciating pain, she continued to let it pump fluid for a bit before taking it out, the pain in my arm only stopped when she restock the IV into my hand which hurt even worse, The pain was so bad I couldn't speak. During the surgery I was drifting in and out of awareness, up until the end when I was aware, I was trying to make noise and I was sobbing, when they took me out to my mother they told her everything was ok. I was completely unable to tell my family what was happening until I got home because I was in complete shock and in terrible pain. I am lucky enough to have been under surgery before to know that none of that was normal. I do not recommend coming to this specific location.
